I really like the sharp angles on the rear in the last pic. I can dig it. How big are they?

I think they’re cute, and I see a lot
of them, something probably related having a Suzuki
dealer five minu
tes away.

I’m glad to see Suzuki is still thriving. They had some interesting cars here in the US, and it was sad to see them pull out of the market. I feel like the Ignis could find a foothold here, but maybe that’s why I don’t run a global automotive brand.

they seem to be doing okay over here... i think the ignis might be a little small for the american market tho (its a decent chunk smaller than a fiesta)
new jimney will probably sell like hotcakes tho
expecting that to be a nice little earner for suzuki

The Suzuki Ignis is even smaller, about Chevy Spark size.

Suzuki is the brand that sells the most cars here and the Ignis is really funny looking because it’s so damn narrow, the wheel size is 175/60 R16 so people are having a bad time finding replacement tires. Sadly I t’s probably their worst selling model because you can have the Baleno and the Swift for about the same with a more conservative design because people like being boring.

yep..thats probably why i hadnt seen an ignis before... it does stand out... especially from behind
looks fun tho
probably vw that sells the most cars where i live... feels like every third car on the road is a golf, polo or passat some days

The only problem for the Suzuki Ignis (which is a very good little car) is that the Kia Picanto exists, is cheaper and, in many ways, is better.

big fan of the picanto too.. those are nice little cars
the ignis catches the eye more tho (or maybe im just not used to seeing them yet... those things pop)

Yeah in the looks/quirk department the Ignis has the edge over the Kia. There’s a couple of Igni around my little town and they do look the business.
Have to admit though that when the Ignis was launched a decade or more back...I thought Suzuki was selling a fridge. Ignis sounds more like a fridge brand name to me.
